The Slaughterhouse Has A Capacity Of 6000 Chicks Per Hour With Air And Water Cooling Unit Which Adds 9 Days Of Shelf Life. Here, According To The Customer Desire, Chicken Meat Can Be Transformed İnto Carcass Meat, Cut İn Portions And Packaged.

At The Advanced Process Unit Of The Öznesil Chicken, Many Type Of Cooked Product, Sausages, Salami, Jambon And Frankfurter Are Produced For Different Palate. Our Slaughterhouse Has Been Given The Required Certificates. Production Phases Are Controlled By İn-House Engineers And Veterinarians.
